The hotel is a mixed bag - our room was tidied up for us every day with fresh towels, but it was unbearably hot, even with two giant fans. We got an upgrade to an ocean view room, which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch with car hire options available, but some amenities like the laundry service required an additional fee. The location was very well kept and clean with lots of chairs, but it was very lit up during the night, making it difficult for my husband to sleep. The dining experience was decent, especially the French pastry, and the facilities were modern with new remodeled units. Additional details include being close to the beach and shopping, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

Staying on the second floor of this charming two-story building provided us with a friendly and cozy room that was tidied up daily with fresh towels. The balcony door and shutters allowed a nice breeze to flow through the room, creating a pleasant atmosphere overall.

The hotel is a gem in terms of location with Napili Bay right at our doorstep and just a few steps away, offering a stunning view. The rooms were kept tidy every day, and we even got upgraded to an ocean view room with cooling fans that made our nights comfortable.
